Meet the makers, learn how to make your own and find our how fermented foods can contribute to a healthy lifestyle. 

Fermented food and drink makers from around New Zealand will be bringing their wares to buy and taste, a wide range of equipment for use in home fermentation will be available. 

Delicious food will be available for lunch.

A full program of workshops and talks covering a wide range of fermentation techniques and products and the contribution they make to healthy lifestyles will run throughout the day and is included in the entry price.
